This is a counter balancer shaft assembly from a 2005 Honda TRX450R, and it is very good condition as shown in the photos.

The locknut has wear from being peened into position and then removed.

This is a direct replacement for:

2004-2005 Honda TRX450R

I do not know what other models or years this part will fit.

The OEM part number for the balancer shaft is 13420-HP1-670.
