Boat part number 7600042 is a new OEM blank dash shroud panel for small base 21 Blackwood models from Supra Boats, part number 109039 . 

This blank shroud panel is constructed out black colored marine grade plastic. The panel measures approximately 29 1/4" W x 23 7/8" D x 15 1/2" H overall.
