There are three minor (smaller than a dime - see pics) tears and one very minor material snag. It also has some minor sealant dropping from the boat dock roof. A little elbow grease and it'll be like new.

New, this cover lists at $2129.00 so unless you are a perfectionist this is a really good cover at a very reasonable price.By the way, the pictures show the cover draped over my truck which is why it looks the way it does.
