Ebay’s software doesn’t account for the time it takes to your instrument cluster, speedometer or climate control to reach our shop. For this reason we have to state a longer handling time. Please, DISREGARD this handling time, OUR REAL HANDLING TIME is to ship your repaired item, the SAME DAY we get it OR THE FOLLOWING WORKING DAY. If your Instrument cluster or speedometer is not repairable and you agree to an exchange, we can “electronically” transfer the software information (Mileage, VIN number, Engine Hours, Gauge calibration etc.) from your old unit to the exchange unit so the vehicle won’t see any difference and there will be no need to go to the Dealer for anything, the vehicle will start and run even if you have the security built in the instrument cluster. Additional charges will apply.                    

This is a brand new item and has to be programmed as the original or you give me the actual tire size and axel ratio and I'll program it.
