This is a 30 HP EFI ELHPT Outboard Mercury Powerhead Engine Block Assembly that was removed by a Mercury Premiere shop in Washington. The motor has adequate compression. The engine comes as it would from mercury as a power head. The compression numbers can be seen as follows:
