Our free shipping offer refers to the continental US, however, we want to help out any way we can so our smaller shipments are covered for Hawaii and Alaska.
We are happy to help with freight shipments by organizing a shipping quote for you, securing it to a pallet, wrapping it in plastic, and loading it onto a truck with a forklift all at no extra cost to you. We use Freight Quote for our freight shipping who is a third party company who shops multiple carriers instantly to find the best price. We use them only because they have been convenient and consistently competitive with pricing as we do not get any kickbacks or perks for using their services. We offer this assistance to help our clients and customers but you are welcome to set up your own freight shipping and we will be happy to supply you with the pertinent information you will need from us to get an accurate freight shipping quote.
We sell new and used items but if the item is used we sell it “as is” and as described/photographed. We will give you an honest evaluation of the used item and we photograph to show as many angles as we can so that you can make the best evaluation of the item on your end. We care about customer satisfaction and realize buying online can be daunting at times, therefor we highly recommend that you zoom in and view every photo with a careful eye so that you feel good about the transaction before a purchase is made. We also encourage questions and requests for additional photos or video if there is another angle that you would like to see on a particular item.
PLEASE NOTE: We accept returns on new/unopened/unused items that are in the original condition within 30 days of transaction date. However, please understand that if you order something by accident, it’s the wrong size, doesn’t fit, etc. we will still happily accept the return if it’s in the original packaging/unused/original condition, but I’m sure you will agree we shouldn’t be responsible for shipping. After the item is returned, we will issue a refund less our outgoing shipping expenses. We accept returns often where a buyer makes a mistake ordering something they believe will work for their system and realize later it doesn’t. When they submit a return request they state reason for return is: “item doesn’t fit” or “wrong size”. This may be correct but a more accurate message would have been “buyer ordered wrong item/size” so that the reason for return doesn’t negatively impact our eBay standing. We understand those types of mistakes and are happy to help. We like to share things like this so buyers have as much information as possible just incase it helps in your purchase decisions. If we make a mistake we believe paying for shipping is the right thing to do. We encourage questions so that together we can help ensure you are purchasing what you really need.
Because we sell our items “as-is” We only able to accept returns on used inventory under certain circumstances. For example, if an item arrives damaged or doesn’t function when the description stated otherwise. If an item does arrive damaged please document with photos and contact us as soon as possible. Fortunately, we have not had to deal with such an issue but understand every circumstance is different and we want to communicate effectively through any problem that may arise to make sure it is corrected.
