Mercury Verado (L6) Outboard Lower Unit Assembly from Mercury Marine.  This is not an aftermarket unit.  The unit is a Certified Pre Owned unit from Mercury and includes a 1-Year Factory Warranty from Mercury Marine.  The Mercury 5.44"/ HD - (1.75R) lower unit came standard on all Verado (L6) (350HP/ 400HP/ 400R) model engines manufactured from 2015 thru 2021.  This unit has the 1.25" propeller shaft.   Listed below is an engine serial number chart with OEM gearcase models.
