Boat went under water. It's locked up from crank to all the way up. No cracks, no broke rods. Just rusted. Fresh water. Comes with gasket kit shown. 

You could be missing some bolts or not matched correctly. Or if you might get extra bolts.

I have a second engine. It's the same thing. I was able to remove the top end and see that the cylinders are still repairable. It's missing the starter. But also comes with a pile of bolts. Also comes with the gasket kit shown. If the first one sells I will update the listing with pictures of the second.
