2017 Mercury Verado Cylinder Block Powerhead PRO 250 2.6L 4 Stroke Motor Damaged

256 hours on this 2017 powerhead off a 250 VERADO PRO

This is s damaged powerhead, that needs rebuilt. The top of a piston has cracked loose and has compressed aluminum scrapes to top of cylinder. It looks like it might be able to be deburred and a honing job done, but um not a builder so I dont really know. Selling for parts.  The photo with bore scope showed the cracked piston, and then disassembled head to view closer the damage.

Selling whole powerhead with block, crank, pistons, connecting rods, But No head included.

Must go freight, so a business to ship too will be required, or local pick up.
