In 1925, a group of independent auto parts sellers met in Detroit to form the National Automotive Parts Association. Their mission was simple: improve the distribution of auto parts to serve the people and businesses who increasingly relied on cars and trucks for their transportation needs.

NAPA stores and warehouses, which were owned by a variety of member companies at the time, quickly became the go-to sources for parts. Carlyle Fraser, founder of Genuine Parts Company, served as a key NAPA contributor in its early years.

Over the years, Genuine Parts began to acquire the other NAPA member companies, and in 2012 became the last remaining member of NAPA, a brand with a reputation for quality parts, rapid availability, and knowledgeable people.

We do our best to negotiate the best shipping terms possible and streamline our process in order to keep picking & packaging costs down, this way we offer a fair price to get your product(s) to you safely and on time. We use a variety of well established couriers or Royal Mail for our deliveries so we can provide tracking details on request. We do our best to dispatch within 48 hours (excluding weekends) meaning you should receive your parts within 3-5 days but if you do require your parts urgently then call us to request an urgent dispatch.

As expressed in our terms we want happy customers, however we are wholesalers of parts and therefore are sometimes in the hands of the manufacturer when it comes to parts returned under warranty. We would want you to understand the following points before returning any item.

New Parts Unopened & Unused
  1. Please ensure any returns are sent back in original and un-damaged re-sellable condition.
  2. 14 DAY NO QUIBBLE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. We accept returned items within 14 days of purchase, however you must notify us within 7 days via eBay to obtain a returns number otherwise it will not be accepted back.
  3. We DO NOT refund original or return carriage charges we will ONLY refund the price of the part.
  4. Unlike other eBay stores we DO NOT CHARGE re-stocking fees on correctly supplied goods.
  5. Please contact us for the return address of your item DO NOT send back without prior authorisation.

Parts Returned Under Guarantee
  1. All our parts carry a minimum 12 month guarantee with the manufacturer.
  2. You must notify us of the return so we can notify the manufacture to expect it back for inspection.
  3. We will only exchange the item once we have been authorised to do so from the manufacturer alternatively you can purchase a new part and once we are authorised to do so refund the new order.
  4. We are on your side so as long as you are willing to co-operate with us we will do our utmost to ensure a warranty situation is handled as efficiently as possible.
  5. Please contact us for the return address of your item DO NOT send back without prior authorisation.

All the products we sell would have a minimum of 12 months warranty (unless otherwise stated), in the very unlikely event that you have a problem with any product you have purchased from us, then please contact us via eBay messages.
