It is a new electrical part -  a 'try before you buy or to test your system then return is NOT an option !!!!! 

 Therefore, there are no returns unless it is proven faulty on return to the supplier for inspection - then a refund will be offered .

Please make sure it is definitely the fan that has failed - if not sure, please use your local Caravan engineer / dealer.
