Carburetters
and linkages are totally disassembled then chemically and
ultrasonically cleaned. Passages are blown clear with high pressure air.
Pistons and bores are polished and mounting surfaces trued. Bypass
valves rebuilt and adjusted. New needle valves installed, and float
levels set. New throttle shaft seals or bushings, gaskets, diaphragms and
O-rings installed. Standard metering needles installed. Temperature compensators
are disassembled, cleaned and adjusted. Chokes are disassembled, cleaned, adjusted then vacuum tested. Includes new mounting gasket set.
Synchronization and final adjustments to be performed by buyer. Turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks after I receive the carburetters.
