Speedway offers this 13" carbon fiber wheel cover that features a lightweight, durable, and aerodynamic design for less rotating weight. This wheel cover completely covers bead lock bolts and ring. These covers are applicable to Sander 13" midget beadlock wheels. They are designed to keep your wheel free of mud and dirt that cause build-up of extra weight.
