This is a brand new Cowling that came off a boat that has never been sold. it was in the boat dealers lot when a paint scaffold fell on the side of the boat and damaged the side cowling and put two small scratches at the top and a couple small nicks at the bottom but for the most part this thing is absolutely brand new Mint Condition other than these few little scratches off a 2023 Merc 250 V8 4.6L
