- Updates old wheels to new rules for bolt on covers
- 1-3/8" mount distance
- One piece steel tab, rather than an insert, for added strength
- Nylon washer under bolt head to protect cover
- Nylon washer on the back side to hold the bolt in
- Bolt has a bullet nose for quick start
- Bolt has 7/16” head for socket clearance
