RETURNS: Returns are by approval ONLY. Electrical items are tested and working on the unit before it is parted out and are NOT returnable, no exceptions. We won't list an electrical item unless we know it is good. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer (unless it is determined there is a Seller error). IF a return is approved (and Seller error was not an issue), a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on the purchase price, as well as a deduction for any shipping fees paid by the Seller (i.e., free shipping items). A refund will be issued once the item is received back, and in the condition it was shipped out in.
COMBINED SHIPPING: We will combine shipping if you buy more than one item. **IMPORTANT -- Please request an invoice from us so that we can adjust the shipping rate. If you do not request an invoice, we will NOT refund over paid shipping.** A tracking number is provided for all purchases (unless the item is being sent via First Class Mail).
PAYMENT: Payment must be made within four (4) days after the listing has ended. If payment is not received within four (4) days and/or arrangements have not been made regarding payment, an unpaid item case will be opened with eBay.
