All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement. Sales tax will be collected by eBay where applicable.

We ship items via UPS, USPS, or LTL Freight Carriers. Tracking information is uploaded to the order once the item is shipped.

Larger items such as Engines, Transmissions, Doors, Tailgates, Trunk Lids, Rear Axles etc. will ship via freight. Freight items are unable to be shipped until we have all the necessary information required by the carrier. Typically that includes a valid business name, address, valid phone number, and hours of operation. Be sure to provide us with all necessary contact information with your order as well. Freight charges are for zoned commercial addresses with a forklift or loading dock. If the location requires the assistance of a lift gate there will be an additonal fee. If a commercial address is not able to be provided we can ship the item to your residence for an additional fee. 

Add $100 for Residential delivery

Add $85 for Liftgate delivery 

Most orders are shipped within one business day. If there is an issue with your order or item we will reach out to you before we ship the order. Once payment is received for a freight item we will send a message asking for additional information needed for the freight carrier. Without this information we will not be able to ship your item.

If a USPS or UPS item is damaged during shipping please keep all packaging and loose parts complete with the package. Send us a message through Ebay with some pictures and your invoice number. We will work on getting a replacement item to you while handling the UPS claim as well. 

Please Inspect all freight shipments before signing for them at time of delivery! If there has been any damage to the item during shipping inspect the item to see if you can still use it or not. If you can still use the item, notate the damage on the delivery ticket that the driver is keeping then hand it back to them. Send us a message with a copy of your receipt and the delivery ticket you kept. We will take care of the damage claim with the freight carrier. If you cannot use the product simply decline the shipment send us a message and we will work on getting a replacement or refund to you. It is very important to not sign for any damaged product without notating it on the delivery ticket or denying the shipment. You have the right to inspect the package for obvious signs of damage prior to signing and accepting the delivery. If a delivery driver is refusing to let you inspect the shipment before you sign for it, do not sign, refuse the shipment and contact us through eBay messaging. When you sign for the delivery on the carrier's Bill Of Lading (BOL) it is accepting the merchandise as is and in good order. So please inspect your package before signing for it. We do understand that sometimes there will be damage that is missed, don’t worry we will still be able to help you. If you do find concealed damage after you sign for the package let us know through messages and send some pictures as well. We will get with the freight company and start a claim. 

We are not responsible for any delays incurred by the shipping company. 

No International shipping is available outside of the eBay Global Shipping program.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, AA, AE, AP and U.S. Territories outside of the continental U.S.

International orders are shipped via eBay’s Global Shipping Program.

Customer pickup at our location is also available. Please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up.

If you need to return an item for any reason please contact us first to obtain a RMA number (Return Material Authorization). All returns must be authorized by us before being shipped back. Any items returned must include an RMA number clearly written on the side of the packaging. If you are returning a part because you bought the wrong one or no longer need it the original shipping charges are not refunded and you are responsible for the return shipping. All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit

All parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a 30-day warranty and a 30 day return period unless otherwise stated.

No labor warranty is provided.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

Warranty only applies to the original purchaser on the invoice.


To return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
