Carburetters are totally disassembled then chemically and ultrasonically cleaned. Passages are blown clear with high pressure air. Throttle shafts are bored and bushed. Air valves and suction covers are polished and drop tested. Standard metering needles installed. New needle valves installed and float levels set. New jets installed along with new gaskets and seals. Includes new mounting gasket set. Turnaround time approximately 3 weeks Synchronization and minor adjustments to be performed by buyer.
