Carburetters and linkages are totally disassembled then chemically and ultrasonically cleaned. Passages are blown clear with high pressure air. Pistons and bores are polished and mounting surfaces trued. New needle valves installed and float levels set. Throttle shafts are bored and bushed or replaceable seals installed. New gaskets, diaphragms and O-rings installed. Standard metering needles installed. Starting bars are disassembled, cleaned and adjusted. Includes new mounting gasket set. Synchronization and final adjustments to be performed by buyer. Turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks after I receive the carburetters.
