We send our products with Royal Mail Tracked 48 & 24

(anywhere in the UK including Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern  Ireland and Channel Islands) 

and

DPD local 24h service (mainland UK areas only) with a one hour delivery window notified by SMS or email 

Please note: postage and packing costs shown are for standard mainland UK areas only. 

Additional charges will apply for the following areas (48h service):

 - Republic of Ireland, 

- Scottish Highlands:

( AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63,KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26,PH30-41,PH49-50 ),

 - Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles,

-  Scottish Islands:

( HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44,ZE1-3 ),

 and all other islands off the mainland.

Charges are determined by location and weight and can be substantial for delivery to any of the areas listed above. 

If in doubt please get a quote before purchasing an item.

*RETURNS*

 We accept returns.

 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item after contacting us by e-mail within 30 days of the purchase date.

 All returned items must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging. Items that are not returned in the original packaging will not be accepted. 

Therefore, please keep all packaging until the item has been tried. 

We will refund only the cost of the item, not the P&P costs. 

You are responsible for shipping costs either to or from your address and for the item condition.

You are responsible for ANY damage caused to the product on its return journey. 

Inadequate packaging will result in the item being rejected and returned to you at YOUR own cost. 

When returning goods you need to include: Name, Address, Order Number.
