·                      The items fitment is the responsibility of the buyer. Make sure the provided part numbers and photos match with your old part`s.

·                           Left = Driver Side / Right = Passenger Side

·                           You will receive the same item you see in the pictures unless multiple quantity available.

·                           Payment is due within 48 hours of the purchase. If not paid within the time frame, the purchase will be canceled with the reason “Buyer asked to cancel the order”.

Shipping

·                           We offer 1 business handling time and usually try to ship it out the same day if paid before noon.

·                           Larger and heavier items are shipped only to the lower 48 / Continental States. If you need something shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc. please contact us directly for the shipping quote.

·                       No PO Box for larger and heavier items that have to be shipped through FedEx, UPS, or any Freight Company.

·                           We do not ship internationally. Shipping only within the US States and US Territories.

·                           If the item is listed for Local Pick Only, it will not be shipped.

·                           Warranty:

·                           All items are tested on the donor car before being listed, if there are any known issues with the item, it is noted in the description or listed in “For parts only” condition. Any known defects are pointed in the photos and item`s description.

·                         Warranty is void if original seller marking is not present or removed from the item purchased.

·        All parts must be installed by a certified technician in compliance with manufacturer regulations and installation requirements.

·        The seller is not responsible for any issues and costs associated with repairs of your vehicle.

 Returns and Refunds:

·                           If you have any issues with the item received, feel free let us know before opening a return case, you can reach us by phone, eBay message or email, we will do everything to keep you satisfied by our service.

·                           We provide 30 day limited warranty on most of our items.

·                           Due to eBay policy any returns or issues with the item must be submitted to the seller within 30 days from receiving the item.

·                           Refunds will be issued upon items arrival to the seller and inspection. All items are marked and signed. Item must be returned in the same condition. Returns of another item will not be accepted, refund will not be issued and a case against the buyer will be submitted to eBay Inc.

·                           All products ordered by mistake, unfitted parts, unwanted items, open box or arrived in different condition may result in minimum 15% restocking fee of the item cost

·                           Shipping charges are non refundable.

·                           Buyer pays for return shipping, unless otherwise specified in the listing.
