It comes with a 38mm bottom flange and 32mm side flange. Although the bottom flange is a little bigger than the OEM Mitsi Evo one, it fitted fine. Will fit the Colt Ralliart etc also. Black spring fitted.
The majority of my vehicle related listings are from supplier/distributer bankruptcy stock, unused return pallets etc. I test each item before I list it, and I note any issues on the listing 'condition' tab above. They may come in incorrect boxes, incorrect internal packaging, be missing any promotional materials like stickers or instructions etc. What you see in the photo is what you get.
