Payment

1. We accepted PayPal payment only. Credit card or E-Check via PayPal will be accepted.

2. If you don't have a Paypal account, it is very convenient to sign up and learn more about paypal at www.paypal.com.

3. Serious bidding please. Payment must be fulfilled within 7 days since auction's ending. Your prompt payment will be greatly appreciated. All no pay bidders will result in a non-paying buyer alert from eBay.

4. E-checks will be held until cleared.

Shipping

1. We ship to USA Lower 48 States Only and we offer free shipping within the Lower 48 States. For other US locations like Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, please contact us for additional shipping cost. An additional freight charge may be required

2. We will ship your order within 24 hours after receiving your verified payment (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays). To ensure orders can be delivered to you without any problem, please provide your complete and correct physical shipping address when you check out.

3. The estimated delivery time is within 3-7 working days(not including the weekend). If you fail to receive over 10 days, please contact us and we will try our best to help.

4. We only ship to the confirmed address provided by order. Before you pay, please make sure your address in order matches the address you would like us to ship to. If buyer provides wrong address and the package returned to sender at last, buyer should pay for reshipping fee to resend the item to new address.

Return Policy

1. Warranty: 12 Months Warranty, buy with confidence.

2. Our Customers will always enjoy a 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee. Buyer could return new and unused products in original factory and re-saleable condition for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase. Please note that all returns should be pre-approved by our customer service team. Before return, please contact our customer service team for RMA number and return instructions. Unauthorized returns or used item will not be accepted.

3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. After returned item is received and confirmed in good/re-sellable condition, we will exchange the item or issue refund according to customer’s option. The refund will be issued through PayPal and the funds should go back to the account which you use to pay for order. 20% restocking fee may apply if returned item is not packed well or returned in bad condition.

4. For defective or damaged item, please contact us and provide as much problem details as possible, we will consider to waive return and ship replacement item or issue full refund to you directly after problem is confirmed.
