All parts advertised have already been removed from used/salvage vehicles and already on the shelf ready for shipments. We make pictures of every single item, so you can see its exact condition.
You will only receive what is pictured.


FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE FITMENT TO YOUR VEHICLE. Ordering the correct part could be challenging sometimes, that is why identifying the part number is essential. The same vehicle/model can have multiple variations for the same part. It might look identical, but if the part number is different, there could be fitment issues. The best way in finding your needed part number is either by checking on the current part in your vehicle or calling your manufacturer dealership.

Remember, certain items (mainly electric components) you purchase require programming, reprogramming, or resetting by a dealer service or a certified technician for proper functioning.

PAYMENT

All payments should be processed through eBay payment system.

Item must be paid within 4 days; if not, we file an unpaid item claim with eBay and relist the item.


SHIPPING

·      Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

·      Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving payment.

·      We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.

·      We can ship parts to every country all over the world, if there is no your country's shipping price on the list, please contact us before buying, we will calculate if it be possible.

·      The seller do not take responsibility for delays which are caused by the third party: post, courier, customs.

·      Please check the package before signing for the delivery. If you sign for the delivery we wont be able to claim money back for damages made by the courier. Your signature means you have received the package in good condition and no refund will be issued. If package is damaged please do not take it. Contact us and we will find best solution for you.

·      LOCAL PICK-UP is available for all items. Please contact us for address and other details.

RETURNS

·      We will accept returns within 30 days after you receive the item.

·      If part is damaged or not functioning (or if there is any mistake at our end), we'll accept your return on general ebay terms.

·      All items are marked and will be inspected once received.
Only items with our mark and in original pictured condition will be refunded.

·      If the item was damaged during shipment - you MUST give us PROOF that the carrier is at fault in order for us to file a claim.

·      We're not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses and/or any other expenses that may occur.

·      Return shipping costs are BUYER'S responsibility.

WARRANTY

We have 30 days warranty on engines, transmissions, transfer cases and differentials.

No labor cost reimbursement.
