All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. 7% Indiana sales tax will apply to orders picked up. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
To return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
If you purchased a part in error, Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
