Due to the increase in postage and eBay fees, we are having trouble being able to offer FREE SHIPPING on items priced under $30.00. We will be adding a small shipping fee on all listings. Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, and Iowa will still receive a no fee FREE SHIPPING. The farther away from Wisconsin the more your fee will be. We are sorry that we have to do this. If we have Free Shipping on an item, we have the right to change the shipping carrier from the one listed. Therefore, it is your responsibility to make sure you have a physical street address acceptable for FedEx or UPS shipping.

These quotes will not be exact but in a general ballpark figure, with the possibility of the price being a few dollars more or even less than quoted in the message. PLEASE wait for OUR invoice before paying to receive the savings on combined shipping.

IF YOU PURCHASE AN ITEM(S) and item is damaged during shipping, your options are as follows: 

1. Return item for a refund of PURCHASE PRICE ONLY. There are circumstances that we allow you to keep the item and refund the PURCHASE PRICE ONLY, that way you don't have to pay return shipping charges too. USPS only refunds us the amount of the winning bid that is why our policy is such. (If UPS is offered as a shipping option, Full price, bid & shipping charges are refunded.)

2. Message us with picture(s) of the damaged item, so we can file a claim with USPS for the item. 

Once a claim refund is received, we refund the amount USPS refunded us to you and you keep the item.
