2. Both ECU part numbers MUST match. If different, consult your dealer to confirm compatibility.
3. We guarantee our cloning service, not the ECUs you provide.
4. Verify your faulty ECU can communicate with a scanner/code reader before shipping.
   *If the original (faulty) module doesn't communicate with a scanner/code reader, alternative options can be arranged for additional fee.
   *If the replacement module doesn't communicate with a scanner/code reader, buyer will need to provide another replacement module.
5. If you need a new module, you can purchase one from our store with a 1-year warranty included.

How Our Service Works:

1. Remove the ECU module from your car
2. Send both old and new ECUs to our address (clearly mark them to avoid confusion)
3. Include in your package:
   - Your contact information (Name, Phone Number, Address)*
   - Vehicle VIN number (optional)
   - Brief description of any ECU-related issues you're experiencing (optional)
4. Send us the tracking number after shipping
5. We'll clone and return both ECUs to you the next business day after receipt
