This Mercury Front Cowl Cover is designed for the 150hp 2.0l Blackmax V6 outboards. I believe the correct part number is 2149-5399A3

This cover goes on the type of cow where there are two latches, not just the single one in the middle.

The two prong hook that is attached this front cowling piece, there are two sizes. I have measured and this one is roughly 2 inches long.

There is no foam on the back of the cowling.
