WARRANTY?

Our products come with a Warranty Period of 6 months starting from the date of purchase.

Warranties only cover the cost of the original item we sold. Any additional expense at the customer's will not be reimbursed such as the costs like modification, analysis, or labor fee.

DELIVERY

We provide free shipping on all products to the continental 48 States. As for orders outside the continental 48 States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or International) need to pay a surcharge. International orders will be sent to the eBay global shipping center for processing and handling.

No designated shipping carrier. It depends on your shipping destination and the dimensions of our products. We will choose the most proper shipping partner to deliver the item. If you have needs, leave a message before placing your order.

We will do our best to make sure that your item is going to be delivered before the estimated date, however, it is up to the exact efficiency of the shipping carrier. RETURN & REFUND

We accept a 30-day free return in original condition. The item must be unused plus the package/hardware of our product needs to be undamaged. Modified items are gonna be rejected.

It's highly recommended to open the return request through the eBay system first. The credit will be automatically refunded to your original payment method after the accomplishment of the whole process.

Customers need to submit a reference for defective/damaged items. The more details you can give, the quicker we can solve the problem.
