Payment & Shipping 

          After an auction ends or the "buy it now" option is used an invoice will be sent to you. All items must be paid with in 3 days, or a non paying bidder alert will be filed against you. If you have special circumstances to prevent payment with in the time frame, please notify us as soon as possible.

       We prefer PayPal as method of payment.

       Your item will be shipped with in 1-3 business days, after payment received if you paid through PayPal .

           Attention Buyers please allow 6-10 business days  (from the day of postage) for your item to arrive.

Easy Returns

         To return the item you must:

            * Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us, with in 14 days of receipt of the product.

            * Clearly post a RA# on outside of the package.

            * Send the package back to us.

We'll call you or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA#.

We will refund your money within 24-48 hours. Shipping and handling fee will not be refunded in any situation. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns. We will refund full amount only if there was a mistake on our side.

Damaged Product:
        If product has been damaged and mishandled during shipment by shipping carrier ( USPS), you must contact your local carrier office within 48 hours after delivery and claim for damage. After we received authorization from shipping carrier new product will be ship to you again. Do not return damaged product to us. Shipping carrier will pick it up after your claim.
 

         We do not accept returns on used items, custom-painted products or items shipped via truck freight.
