Please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the pallet otherwise the courier will bring it back to their depot and it will require collection, or a £35 redelivery charge will apply.

- In the event of a part failure we will provide a replacement item where possible within a reasonable amount of time, if this is not possible we will provide a pre-paid return label and once the item comes back to us we will refund the item in full.

- If you have purchased the wrong item please message us and we will arrange the return of the item, in this case return postage fees will have to be covered along with the original postage costs.

- All parts returned must be in the same condition as supplied and must not be tampered with or dismantled other than the replacement of standard serviceable parts or components.

- We accept no responsibility for any labour costs, charges involved with fitting, removal or changing of parts supplied or any other fee incurred if the part is proven to be faulty or incorrect. Any parts damaged through incorrect fitting will also void any warranty, all parts should be fitted with the correct equipment, by a qualified mechanic and with a VAT invoice as proof of work carried out.
