• Parts will be quoted inclusive of Delivery to a UK Mainland Postcode and will be inclusive of VAT under the global VAT scheme.


• We operate under the global accounting scheme. VAT must not be reclaimed on any invoice amounts.

• We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our engines and gearboxes, unless stated otherwise at time of ordering. (Please see detailed engine and gearbox terms and conditions below).


• All other parts are supplied with a 30 day warranty.

Return Policy

• We accept any valid return within 14 days from receipt of delivery. All refunds will be reimbursed by the original method of payment. The buyer is responsible for return delivery charges.


• If you have any queries or complaints regarding delivery, PLEASE contact us via the eBay messaging system. PLEASE let us try to resolve your issue before you resort to opening a case on eBay. Once a case has been opened by the buyer, we are penalised, even if we resolve the matter to your complete satisfaction.

Delivery Policy

• We endeavour to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving payment, in many cases much sooner.


• Delivery prices or Free Delivery offers are based upon shipment to a UK mainland postcode only, including Scotland and Wales. Customers from above the Central belt of Scotland, The Isles, Isle of Man, The Channel Islands and Northern Ireland must contact us prior to purchase. There will also be additional charges for deliveries made to postcodes within city congestion charge zones. European deliveries are also available subject to our discretion. Please contact us prior to purchase.


• Please bear in mind that in most cases, parts have to be removed from donor vehicles and possibly have to be cleaned and tested prior to shipment. This can obviously add to the delivery time.


• All items are shipped with a courier of our choice and this may be stated in the listing. Items will be sent via a tracked, signed for, 48 hour service, unless stated otherwise. Very small items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Terms and Conditions

• Where engines or other components are sold on an exchange basis, a surcharge will be applied at point of sale. This will be refunded upon the return of the old unit. You will need to return your old component to us, or advise us that it is available for collection, at your cost, within 14 days. Your old component needs to be complete and drained of fluids .The above only applies to units sold on an exchange basis.


• We offer a 30-day minimum guarantee with all our recycled tested parts (excluding engines and gearboxes). If in this time the component proves to be faulty, we will, upon being notified within a reasonable time period, supply a replacement, if available or supply components to correct the fault or offer a refund. The guarantee applies to the component only and does not cover any labour or ancillaries. The item you have purchased has been recycled and therefore is not brand new. However, it should be of fully serviceable quality. Any defects that we are aware of will be clearly stated in the listing. We will not supply items with known defects. • The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the component supplied is correct for its application prior to fitting. Customers returning parts correctly supplied by A-Z Vehicle Dismantlers will be liable for covering delivery costs there and back, this will be a minimum of £9.50+VAT for smaller parcels and £60+VAT for palleted items. Any part that has been specially ordered but is no longer required by the purchaser cannot be refunded.


• Trade Descriptions Act 1968-Any vehicle mileage quoted is correct to the best of our knowledge BUT has not been verified. The accuracy of the odometer reading cannot be relied upon and should be disregarded.


• All body panels are supplied from used vehicles. As such, they may be perfect or they may have minor imperfections, scratches, dents or paint defects. We will highlight any known issues on the listing. We will endeavour to highlight the correct vehicle paint code in the listing but cannot be held responsible for accurate matching of manufacturer's shades.


• We do not offer warranty on any external parts or labour, broken sensors or shipping costs. Any part tampered with or taken apart will invalidate warranty. Seals, gaskets, timing belts and chains are not covered by warranty. Any ancillary items may be left on for convenience and not covered by warranty - you must swap ancillary items over. ECU's & electrical items are non refundable as a result of potential damage caused by incorrect fitting or other faults in customer vehicles.


• Warranty on engines only covers engine block and cylinder head. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the correct details are given to our sales team when ordering a component.


• We cannot be held responsible for any part that has been taken apart or modified by another garage or individual. The warranty will then become void


• We reserve the right to have our technical team inspect or test a returned item fully, prior to credit or replacement.


• PLEASE NOTE : We strongly recommend that all safety critical parts are fitted only by trained automotive technicians. No liability can be accepted for malfunction, damage or injury caused by inappropriate fitting of such components. All guarantees or warranties apply from the date of original purchase.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING FOR YOUR PACKAGE

Pease inspect all deliveries before signing for them. We are not able to offer credits for items that arrive damaged which may have not been signed for with the carried as "DAMAGED", even if the box looks unmarked as the consignment could have been dropped or shaken in transit. By giving a clear signature, you are accepting the goods as arriving complete and in good condition
