Both used, but both in working condition.  One of the two pictured has battery, other has jack-insert for non-battery use.  Either source of power works with either transceiver.  Two antennae.  Two manuals, plus my own manual as I put it together.  One wall charger.  One jack reducer, from larger to smaller.
