This listing is for a rear tailgate, trunk lid, or liftgate. Tailgates, trunk lids, and liftgates will not include lamps unless otherwise indicated in the 'notes' or 'conditions and options' line of the listing. Liftgates with separate movable glass will not include the glass section. Please ask for photos and clarification prior to ordering to save confusion. If you order a liftgate and expect the movable upper gate glass or lamps to be there, they won't be there when it arrives, and you will be responsible for return shipping if you ordered it to get the upper glass or expected the lamps to be included. Return shipping can run in to hundreds of dollars on freight items like this. This will have to ship out as a freight shipment and will require a commercial shipping address with forklift to qualify for free freight shipping.

Commercial Freight Shipping is used for any parts that are too large or too heavy to ship with standard shipping services. We use a freight service for these items, and the item will come on a wooden pallet in a semi trailer. You MUST provide a commercial business address with business name for shipping an item like this. A forklift or loading dock is required for this kind of shipping. IF you do not have a commercial business address with business name that you can use for delivery, please ask us, as we have several hubs around the country where we can ship the item to, and you can pick it up when it arrives. Not providing a commercial address with business name will result in delays in your shipment. We CAN ship to a residential address, but price must be discussed in advance as it would result in residential delivery fee, which can range from $75-$200 additional. While we respect and appreciate home-based small business, we are unable to use a residential small business address as a commercial address. A military base will count as a commercial delivery address, but there will be additional fees accrued to deliver to a military base. Additional fees range from $100-$250 depending on location. Shipment holding and delayed shipping

Under no circumstance will we be responsible for holding a shipment until a particular time or date. Shipments will be processed as soon as payment is received and they will be shipped out as soon as possible. It is very important to be ready for your shipment as soon as you order to avoid any confusion about shipping times. We understand a dilemma of not being able to receive a shipment right away, but we process hundreds of orders at a time and cannot be responsible for holding a shipment. If you are not ready to receive your order, please wait to order it until you are ready for it to be shipped.

Local pickup items will generally be 1-3 business days processing for pickup. We STRONGLY recommend reaching out to confirm readiness of the local pickup item prior to traveling to pick it up. We stock some items on the shelf, others need to be pulled from vehicles in the yard. If you order a local pickup item, it is on the vehicle and needing to be pulled, and show up same day to pick it up, it will likely not be ready and you will have to wait for a long period of time or return at a later date to collect your order.

ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, REAR AXLES, FRONT AXLES, AND TRANSFER CASES ARE SHIPPED WITHOUT FLUIDS IN THEM. AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS WILL HAVE THE FILTER REMOVED AND IT MUST HAVE A NEW FILTER INSTALLED WITH NEW FLUID TO FUNCTION. OUR FIRST QUESTION IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A TRANSMISSION IS WHETHER YOU PUT A FILTER IN.

YOU MUST INSTALL A FILTER AND FLUID IN AN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FOR IT TO FUNCTION AND THE TORQUE CONVERTER MUST BE ALIGNED TO THE PUMP DURING INSTALLATION. DAMAGE CAUSED BY FAILURE TO INSTALL A FILTER, FLUID, OR ALIGN A TORQUE CONVERTER IS NOT COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND IN THE EVENT OF A TRANSMISSION BEING DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION.
