Up for consideration, I have a lower unit removed from a 2000 225 HP mercury optimax outboard. Its in working condition. The oil isn't milky although I did get a few drops of water when I sampled the oil. Again the oil isn't milky though (see pic of sample). Possibly could used seals, possibly could be fine. This is a 25" Shaft. Right hand rotation. Nice shape overall. Appears to have been painted.
