• A return authorization number must be issued by us before any products are accepted for return or exchange. Items without a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused. Please email us directly for your return authorization number.
• Most times, if a purchase was made in error or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your purchase to us, once you have gone through the return authorization procedure, within 30 days of the original purchase date. • A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on any return for credit or refund and shipping charges will not be refunded, with no exceptions. Any item being returned for either credit or exchange must be in like-new condition and must be returned with all original manufacturer's packaging and packing materials, and must include all accessories and manuals that were originally included. Any item received back that is not returned in this condition will be refused at the buyer's expense and your return authorization number will become invalid.
