GENERAL INFORMATION

SBT uses the fastest, most efficient and affordable shipping method available. We use FedEx and USPS for shipping within the United States. Extra charges apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Saipan.

Combine orders and save on shipping! For all Domestic and International customers please request an invoice at check out if you are ordering multiple items. Due to different items with different weights, we ask you request an invoice for correct shipping total. You will receive an invoice via eBay after items are combined with correct total.

Multiple items may arrive in separate packages. All shipments will have a tracking number emailed to the email address that you have provided us and will be traceable through the shipping company's web site. For FedEx, you will receive the tracking number directly from FedEx. If you have any questions regarding shipping or our policy feel free to contact the customer service department through eBay.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Alaska and Hawaii customers, your items will ship out via FedEx or United States Postal Service.

**All packages shipped within the state of Florida will be charged a 7% sales tax. **

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship items internationally via Ebay's Global Shipping program. SBT will ship using either FedEx or USPS to Ebay's facility in Erlanger, KY. Once the package has reached Erlanger, responsibility of the package transfers over to Ebay, and they will send the package to its final destination. Transit times are based on what FedEx or USPS quote and does not include delays in customs within your country. Price quotes can be seen by placing the desired items in your cart.

SBT will not be fraudulent on any customs forms, so please do not ask. We only put the true value of the items in the box. We do not pay for any international customs fees or duties.

We cannot ship any chemicals internationally due to postal regulations.

We cannot issue return call tags for international customers. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct items before completing your check out (i.e. correct sizes for apparel items and correct engine parts for your ski). All returned items for international customers will be shipped at the customers expense. If you have purchased the wrong item and need to return you will not be refunded your original shipping money.

If a package is returned to us for non-receipt, you will be refunded minus the shipping costs. If you would like the package resent to you, there will be another shipping charge.

The written warranties provided hereunder are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including all warranties of merchantability and warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. SBT shall not be liable to the user or buyer for any incidental, consequential, or special damages of any type. The exclusive remedy of the user or buyer and the limit of the liability or SBT, for all losses, damages, or injuries from the use of SBT parts, products or repairs (including claims based upon contract negligence, strict liability, or tort) shall be the replacement or repair remedies specified under the written warranties set forth herein below. These terms are an essential part of the bargain between the parties based upon the price of sale negotiated herein.

SBT warrants its standard engines for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase against any failure that would require replacement. In the event that an engine with a two (2) year warranty is purchased, all the same guidelines apply with the exception of the term. SBT's obligations hereunder are limited to the repair or replacement of the engine. The foregoing are the Buyer's exclusive remedies. The terms of the limited warranty are expressed on SBT's standard invoice and the terms are incorporated herein.

All warranty claims must be furnished to SBT, in writing, within a period of fourteen (14) days from Buyer's discovery of any defect or problem covered herein or must be reported to SBT, via telephone, with the issuance of a specific RGA number. Telephonic notice shall not be effective unless an authorization number is issued by SBT. From the date of notice to SBT, the Buyer must return the defective unit within thirty (30) days to SBT postage prepaid otherwise, all warranties hereunder are null and void. SBT assumes no liability for product returned to the factory without prior written approval. An approved warranty must arrive at SBT, properly marked with the SBT issued RGA number on the box and on any paperwork enclosed. The product must arrive including only the original parts supplied by SBT with the original purchase. SBT is not responsible for any extra parts left on your engine or crankshaft. Any parts left on your warranty will be discarded by SBT.

SBT assumes no liability for labor charges or damage to other components or assemblies resulting from failure of the engine. This warranty does not apply to an engine which been subject to modification or has been disassembled, including, but not limited to, removal of the head. Any warranty work performed by SBT does not extend the original warranty period of either one (1) year or two (2) years from the date of original purchase. The express written warranties set forth herein constitute the only warranties made by SBT in connection with this transaction. As noted herein below, all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. All limited warranties specified herein are conditioned upon Buyer's immediate notice to SBT of the alleged fault or defect.

This warranty does not apply to personal watercraft (PWC) used for rental or commercial purposes. SBT offers no warranty for PWC's used for rental or commercial purposes. Your account must be current and in good standing before SBT will perform any warranty work.

In the event that a Buyer asserts any claim against SBT, under the aforementioned warranties or otherwise, and if said claims are not resolved through negotiations between the parties, then all such claims and disputes shall be subject to non-binding mediation in Pinellas County, Florida, as a condition precedent to Buyer's asserting any legal action against SBT. Said mediation shall be conducted by a certified mediator under the laws of the state of Florida, and each party shall be responsible for paying an equal share of all mediation costs. This mandatory mediation shall be a condition precedent to the filing of any legal action or lawsuit. If said claims are not settled through mediation, all legal actions or lawsuits shall be brought exclusively in Pinellas County, Florida and the prevailing party shall be entitled to attorneys' fees and costs.The terms of this agreement shall be enforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction.

Venue for the enforcement of this agreement or for the resolution of any dispute between Buyer and SBT shall be abjudicated in Pinellas County, Florida, and venue for all suits shall be fixed in Pinellas County, Florida

SBT warrants its pistons to be free from defects in parts and workmanship for the lifetime of the personal watercraft. The determination as to whether or nor a part is defective rests with SBT management and such determination is final. All products alleged by Purchaser to be defective must be returned to SBT, postage prepaid, with an SBT issued RGA (returned goods authorization) number. This limited warranty does not cover labor or other costs or expenses incidental to the repair/or replacement of the piston. This limited warranty does not apply to any product which has been subject to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to exposure to water, lack of lubrication, or overheating), accident, or improper installation. SBT assumes no liability for labor charges nor damage to other components or assemblies resulting from failure of parts.

This warranty does not apply to personal watercraft (pwc) used for rental or commercial purposes. SBT offers no warranty for pwc used for rental or commercial purposes.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Your account must be current and in good standing before SBT will perform any warranty work

The determination as to whether or not a part is defective rest with SBT management, and such determination is final. All products alleged by Buyer to be defective must be returned to SBT, postage, prepaid, with an SBT issued RGA (returned goods authorizations) number. This limited warranty does not cover labor or other costs or expenses incidental to the repair/or replacements of products or parts. This limited warranty does not apply to any product which has been subject to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to exposure to water, lack of lubrication, or overheating), accident, or improper installation. SBT assumes no liability for labor charges nor damage to other components or assemblies resulting from failure of parts. SBT specifically disclaims any responsibility for warranties by suppliers or manufacturers issued by or otherwise advertised by them

• All electrical parts are backed by SBT's one year manufacturer's defect warranty.
• All warranty claims must be sent in with a RGA number. An RGA number can be obtained by calling SBT and giving the time and location of your purchase. All return authorizations expire after 30 days. SBT assumes no liability for products returned to the factory without prior authorization. An approved warranty must arrive at SBT properly marked with the SBT issues RGA number on the outside of the box and any paperwork enclosed. The product must arrive with only the originally attached parts. SBT is not responsible for any extra parts left on the product. All extra parts left on the warranty part will be discarded.
• SBT assumes no liability for labor charges or damage to other components or assemblies resulting from failure of the warranted part.
• Any warranty replacement does not extend the warranty past the one year from original purchase date.
• Warranty will be void if failure results from misuse, damaged caused by other components, water, parts not used for their original intent and/or application, etc.
• As noted, all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.
• Your account must be current and in good standing before SBT will replace any qarranted items.
• In the event that a Buyer asserts any claim against SBT, under the aforementioned warranties or otherwise, and if said claims are not resolved through negotiations between parties, then all such claims and disputes shall be subject to non-binding mediation in Pinellas County, Florida, as a condition precedent to Buyers asserting any legal action against SBT. SBT hopes that you will be happy with your new purchase and that everything meets or exceeds your expectations. This is not always the case and sometimes you get the wrong item whether it is size, color, not what you thought, or it is the wrong part for your application. SBT will gladly accept your return within 60 days for items that are in new, sellable condition and have not been installed. We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges on CUSTOM made products, including ALL of our seat covers, traction mats and custom storage covers (with the exception of black cut groove), these items are non returnable and non refundable. Send us a note through eBay for a return authorization (RA) number, and open a return on Ebay.
