  • Please check the part number & the item before buying, scroll through all available images, and compare it with the part you are replacing.
  • Ebay compatibility is not always 100% accurate. Please do not determine the fitment based on it. 
  • We cannot and do not guarantee color matching on any parts. If you have any questions regarding color, please ask before buying. No refunds will be issued for the wrong color.
  • Please note: “right side” refers to the passenger side and “left side” refers to the driver side.
  • All payments will be processed through eBay’s payment system.
  • Order must be paid for within 3 calendar days of order placement. If said item is not paid for, we reserve the right to cancel the order and relist the item. We will also file an “unpaid item claim” with eBay.
  • Sales tax collected by eBay where applicable, we don't have any control over sales tax.
  • All non-freight orders will be shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment, and will take up to 5 business days in transit. Orders placed on a holiday or weekend will be shipped on the following business day.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. However, we reserve the right to change/choose a different shipping method/carrier.
  • Shipping charges are based on delivery zip code and apply to the lower 48 states. Please ensure the correct zip code is entered to see accurate shipping prices.
  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost on most parts. If you need rushed shipping, please contact us before purchasing to ensure expedited shipping is possible. If we are able to ship expedite, the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping charges. The shipping cost for any expedited service is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • We only ship globally through eBays International Shipping program.
  • We have no control over shipping costs, taxes, customs fee, or tracking information for orders placed via eBays International Shipping Program. If you have any questions regarding your international order please contact eBay directly.
  • Local pick-up is also available for all items although you MUST reach out ahead of time to ensure your order will be ready for pick-up.

Freight Shipping

  • Large items such as but not limited to engines, transmissions, quarter panels, doors, bumpers, exhaust, headliner, axle assemblies, seat assemblies, cradles, etc. will be shipped via freight.
  • All freight orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days as long as we have cleared payment and the necessary delivery information. Orders placed on a holiday or weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
  • Transit time for freight shipments can take up to 7 business days.
  • Flat Rate Freight shipping prices generated by eBay are for commercially zoned addresses only which have a dock or forklift available and can accommodate up to a semi-truck.
  • Locations without a dock or forklift will incur a liftgate fee. This MUST be specified AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
  • Residential freight delivery is available but must be quoted prior to placing your order, since it typically runs double the price in comparison to commercially zoned deliveries.
  • Buyers have the option to pick freight from a local freight terminal. If you opt for this option we will provide you with the location and phone number of a terminal closest to you. Buyer must show up with proper equipment and identification to pick up the shipment.
  • A valid phone number and business name are required with all freight shipments.
  • If you do not meet the commercial delivery criteria, you must contact us to obtain an accurate shipping quote.
  • In the event that the buyer does not respond to freight carrier attempts to call and schedule, or misses his delivery appointment buyer will be responsible for redelivery fee which range between $100-$300 depending on the size and weight of the package. 
  • All freight shipments must be unpackaged and thoroughly inspected before signing for delivery.
  • If an item arrives damaged, you must refuse delivery for us to be able to refund you. If you accept and sign for delivery your order will no longer be eligible for a refund.
  • Your satisfaction is our priority and we stand behind all the parts we sell.
  • We offer a 60 day return period for all our items. 60-day return period begins on the day the part is delivered.
  • We test and ensure each part we sell is in good working order. However, if you receive the part and it is damaged, not functioning correctly or if we missed something, please reach out as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.
  • Items purchased and returned due to no fault of ours will incur a 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost will not be refunded. This includes but is not limited to the following reasons: “found better price”, “didn't like it”, “does not fit”, “ordered by mistake”, and “changed my mind.” If the returned item is received damaged or not in original condition we will charge up to 50% restocking fee.
  • All items bear our mark and will be inspected once received by our shipping department. Only items with our mark will be processed for a refund.
  • If the part is damaged during the shipping process, in order for us to file a damage claim you will be asked to provide proof that the carrier is at fault.
  • We are not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses and/or any other expenses that you may incur.
  • Please contact us before starting a return.
  • No returns on international orders.
  • Any special-order items such as body cuts, frame cuts, etc. are final sale. No refunds will be issued.
