Catalogs show that the 1110217 (8K13 Mfg Date) was specific to 1948 Pontiac model year and was replaced by the 1912884 that fits 1937-1952 Pontiac-6.  Distributor turns freely but has been out of the vehicle for many years & sold for parts.  Vacuum control is an original Delco.
