This listing is for a Remanufactured Mercury & Mariner 135 & 150 HP V6 2.5L DFI / Optimax Outboard Powerhead, which will fit models from 2000 ONLY.

All the cylinders have been bored to a maximum of .030, the pistons, rings, wrist-pins, and all bearings have been replaced, and the powerhead has been repainted. 

The Displacement of this powerhead measured in Cubic Inches is 2.5L. 

A Gasket Kit is included in the order, as is a Limited One-Year Warranty. An additional Twelve-Month Extended Warranty is available for $540.00. If you would like the extended warranty, please note this in the comment section of your order and we will contact you once the order is received.

There is no additional core charge. A core return label will be sent with the replacement powerhead, at which point the original powerhead can be returned for inspection. If the core passes inspection, a refund check of up to $100.00 will be issued to the buyer; otherwise, the core will be scrapped and not returned.

Shipping will be through UPS Ground for a flat fee of $200.00 to anywhere in the lower 48 states. Expedited shipping options available. Increased fees will apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and International Shipping. Shipments to Kentucky will be charged 6% KY sales tax.
