This ad is for the heat exchanger which appears to be in good condition other than needing a good cleaning.

I am parting out a Westerbeke 42B Four (Mitsubishi K4F) engine. I was planning to rebuild this as a project, but unfortunately, one of the cam bearings spun and it is not repairable.
