This is a Vintage Saturn Aqua Meter Nautical Compass. Manufactured from 1965-1992.  It is listed as an AQUA METER SATURN Off-Shore Compass Front Reading With Flush Mount model 143.   It's been checked and  "I was told" it is in working order with no air bubbles or tilted card, but there is NO guarantee.  These were discontinued in 2009 when ITT took over the Saturn company.
