Back in the 1980's or 90's, I had a shed with 30 or 40 transmissuions in it, not many were selling. If I was doing a clutch job,my helper would just pick any transmissiom and pull out the input shaft as a clutch lineup tool . No one cared if it was a good or bad transmissions. Times have changed, this is the Last MGB gearbox I have. Look at photos, gears and internals look good and turn over easily. all gears 68-81 are the same, though cases change, early ones This is a very good buy as gears look good..
