(Other sellers install aftermarket unlock software which is known to cause issues with gear shifting, our service is a 100% original MB unlock service, so you won't experience any hard shifting issues)

1 DAY TURNAROUND.

We do NOT offer SCN coding, we can only erase the memory and renew/unlock.

This service is to reset (erase the memory), renew/unlock your second hand ISM.

Used Mercedes-Benz computers can only be programmed after we reflash it with our special software.

THIS IS NOT A PROGRAMMING SERVICE, YOU HAVE TO PROGRAM IT AND CODE IT YOURSELF.

The buyer must send us a good working replacement ISM, we will erase the memory, so that you can take it to a Mercedes-Benz specialty shop and program it.

Please note, if you have misdiagnosed the problem or did not program it properly, it is not our fault, so don't expect any refund on service orders.

If you are a backyard mechanic, please do not order this service. This service is only for professional repair shops that know what they are doing.

We do what we promise. If you misdiagnosed the problem you will not get a refund!

We bench test our work!

We do not test your used parts you send us. So if you send a defective part and expect us to fix it or expect this service to fix it, it will not work!

You'll simply have to install it back and learn it with Mercedes Star Diagnostic, autel or Autologic.

Common symptoms of a defective ISM module include:

Car won't shift gears. No P, R, N, D.

Vehicle may not start, no crank-. The ISM (intelligent servo module) is responsible for the transmission gear position

It will prevent the car from turning over if it does not recognize that the car is in Park on Neutral.

Drive to the workshop without selecting
