Here we have a new Lower unit for the 2004 & up F150 Yamaha outboards. May fit other models as well. This was removed at the marina from a new 2023 stock motor to install a jet drive.  Lower unit has zero hours on it.  This is not remanufactured. There is no core. Brand new unit!  NOS Sierra water pump impeller kit has been installed. Has new gear oil. Ready to bolt on and go!  The drive shaft has 20 splines and measures 22-1/4” from the top of the gearcase. This is for 20" transoms. The propeller shaft has 15 splines. 
This is an OEM Yamaha lower unit.
