Our Axle Pack is our newest product and is designed to help alleviate the negative effects of traditional ride height lowering on Lexus GS, IS, and RC All-Wheel Drive vehicles [2006-present].

Failed cv axles are a common problem with these vehicles when the ride height is lowered, these failures happen more frequently the lower it is to the ground.  The cause of these failures can be attributed to two possible causes:

1.) The in-board joint moves beyond it's safe operating angle when the suspension is in compression.

2.) The in-board joint is pushed in beyond its safe plunge travel distance.

Our Axle Pack addresses both of these issues by moving the the drive train up by approx. 10mm to reduce the angle of the in-board joint which gives the cv joint more degrees of freedom in compression.

The second issue, plunge distance over-travel, is addressed by the addition of 26mm Roll-Center Adjusters and compensation of ride height in upward direction which helps correct the lower control arm angle, preventing the Axle from getting "jammed" inward by increasing the distance between the in-board joint and the wheel hub.
