Includes comp seats #4695-16 and steel retainers #1779-17, also included is comp valve seals #511-16.

These all have about 2 hours dyno is all. I would not reuse the seals as some may be damaged from installing and removing. 

Springs were only removed for going to larger cam, after dyno results.
