Shipping for this item will be $150 (we have the option to freight or ground ship these) to anywhere in the lower 48 states.  If freighted, they must be shipped to a commercial address unless you want to pay extra for residential delivery.  NO bids outside the US without prior approval. We encourage customers to pick up their parts in person to save on shipping charges.

Our standard warranty is 30 days, parts only.  Defective electronic items and computers are exchange only.

Shipping on most parts is done via FedEx Ground. Normal ground service orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Delivery times vary and typically take 1-4 business days depending on your location and how far you are from Madison Wisconsin. Fedex does offer Saturday delivery for some residential addresses. Parts that are to be shipped via freight must go to a commercial address with freight access and loading dock OR forklift availability. Freight shipments may also be shipped to a terminal location for dock pickup. Parts may also be picked up in person - just call 1 day in advance to verify that parts are ready to go. 

All sales are final with no returns accepted unless prior arrangements have been made.  Replacement only for defective merchandise.  Refund only if a replacement is not available.  Please read the item description and view the pictures carefully before purchase. We will do our best to fully represent each part we sell.
