You can feel confident shopping with us - with over 20 years experience. Our policy is simple and fair: We will take any item back within 30 days of purchase as long as it is within the constraints of the manufacturer's warranty return policy and our own policy described below.

The returned item/items must be fully insured. We are unable to accept any item that has been installed and/or damaged. The item you're returning must be unused, in original condition and must be returned in the original packaging.

Unless our listing is in error, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For returns (that are not exchanges), there will be a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping the item to the customer. However, for exchanges, the restocking fee is waived and the customer will just be responsible for the shipping and the return shipping costs of the original item(s). When possible, the shipping of your replacement item(s) will be free.

The customer must contact our store and obtain an RGA prior to returning any products. Be sure the outside of the box has the RGA# clearly posted, along with your name and address.

Our company sells the highest quality products, most of which carry a manufacturer’s warranty. We will take care of the problem here at our store, or put you in touch with the manufacturer if the situation warrants.

All of our orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground and in most cases arrive in 1-4 business days after leaving our warehouse. We ONLY ship to the continental 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. APO/FPO - at this time we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

We make every effort to have all products in stock. However, it may be necessary to order products from our supplier. This will result in additional time for shipping. We will notify you within 1 business day if additional shipping time is required.
