BMW R23 Transmission

This rare beast comes from a BMW R23. Housing is in fantastic condition. Very clean original patina. No scrapes or cracks. All threads are good. Has a few stains from years of use. Spins smoothly and shifts well though all gears. Excellent splines on inputs shaft. I did not rebuild this gearbox. I hope it will work fine as is. One of the rear cover mounting bolts has been sheared. Would be easy to remove with cover off as it broke flush with top of cover so when removed there would be 1/2” to grab.
